Pet Friendly Property Guidelines

  • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
  • Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside.
  • Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone.
  • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.
  • Owner shall provide and utilize a cover (i.e., blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture.
  • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines.
  • Dog crate (medium up to 25lb - 26"L x 20"W x 21"H) and bowls and mat provided.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required.
  • Cancellation standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
  • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines.
